Foundational skills of floating, gliding, stroking and kicking taught by utilizing drill formats.
Students swim required distances using proper form (except for Preschool Beginners) and master independent breathing. Classes are kept small, with a maximum of four students to every teacher.
A class for four- and five-year-olds who cannot swim. Daily themes and flotation aids create fun-filled lessons to teach the children how to kick through the water five to ten feet. Students learn ten second underwater breath control.
The Beginners Level is for six year olds and up who cannot swim. Flotation aids are used to teach students to swim ten feet. Students learn ten-second underwater breath control.
Advanced Beginners is a program for four year olds and up who already swim five to ten feet. The goal is to teach them to swim 15-20 feet while improving independent front breath and introducing rollover breaths.
A course for four year olds and up who are capable of swimming 15-20 feet. Students learn to swim 20-30 feet while getting multiple independent front breaths and rolling breaths. Treading water is introduced.
A course for four year olds and up who swim 20-30 feet and get multiple breaths. Students will master the elementary backstroke 30-40 feet and students will swim freestyle 30-40 feet with several independent rhythmic breaths. Treading water is mastered.
